ABOUT: My name is Phil White, I have been a charter angling skipper for 33 years, I took my BOT licence at 18 years old, now I also hold an RYA endorsed licence, first aid and sea survival. Member of the PBA and Angling Trust through our local association. I have worked with John Rawle since I was 16 and ran his boat for 18 years when he was away in the Keys. I am probably the friendliest and most experienced skipper in the south east.
BOAT DETAILS & FACILITIES:Bullet 38 with island wheelhouse, twin engine 330hp, cruise 18 knots, enclosed crew cab, on deck toilet, hot drinks all day, purpose built charter angling boat.
LICENSING:Up to 10 passengers, CAT2, up to 60miles from safe haven.
TRIP DURATION:Usually 8-9 hours.
FISHING DETAILS: All amongst the sandbanks of the Thames Estuary, bottom fishing boat casting, usually anchored for cod, thornbacks, smoothounds, bass, tope, mackerel and flatfish etc.

ABOUT: Mark Peters is the full time, 7 days a week skipper and owner of the Dawn Tide II. He's been fishing the Thames estuary and Essex waters all his life - fishing is what he's all about! Dawn Tide II is based at Essex Marina, Wallasea Island – close to prime fishing areas - you are on the fishing grounds in no time at all. There is free parking next to the boat and there are no tidal restrictions! He can also be chartered for work boat duties, diving, seal and wild life trips, survey work and crew transfer.
BOAT DETAILS & FACILITIES:Dawn Tide II is a proven South Boats Catamaran with twin Iveco 560hp engines – capable of 25 knots. Fast, stable, reliable with a plenty of deck space and a heated cab, deck seating, 3x HD sonar and structure scan, 3x chart plotter, 2x radar, AIS, on board toilet, live bait tank, microwave, 4x VHF, Navtex System and full safety equipment.
LICENSING:Up to 12 passengers plus 2 crew, CAT2, up to 60miles from safe haven. Fully insured.
TRIP DURATION:3, 6, 8, 10, 12 or 24 hour trips available.
FISHING DETAILS:Fishing the Thames Estuary and Essex waters for cod, tope, bass, hounds, rays, mackerel, sole, gurnard, flatties and much more. Up-tide fishing, drifting and wrecking.
