Our speed means journey time to Alderney in the Channel Isles in under 2 hrs and the mid- channel wrecks in 45 mins, which gives the anglers far more time fishing.
BOAT DETAILS & FACILITIES:Manta Ray is a 10.6 metre Swiftcat built to comply with the MCA standards. Fully equipped with all the latest safety and navigation equipment. The hull was developed in South Africa and is assisted with Hydra- Foils. This combined with being powered by twin F300B Yamaha outboard engines enables MANTA RAY to achieve speeds in excess of 45 knots, and a cruise speed of 35 kts.
LICENSING:Certified CAT2 - up to 60 miles from a safe haven.
TRIP DURATION:Full day trips. 8/9hr Inshore trips. 4hr Evening trips.
FISHING DETAILS: Shark fishing, wreck and reef fishing. Bream and bass fishing. Winter cod, ling or pollack fishing.

ABOUT:Rob is a friendly helpful owner/skipper who enjoys a bit of light hearted banter. Rob has been a full time charter skipper for over 15 years but has owned a boat from the age of 12. He is still a very keen angler himself, and has won various angling championships. He's finished in the top ten of the UK Boat Fishing League for five consecutive years. He has a great knowledge and experience of the local waters Solent, Nab Tower and Eastern IOW. which he has been fishing for over 50yrs. Rob is always on hand to offer advice on tactics and what terminal tackle is considered best. Member of the PBA and Angling Trust.
BOAT DETAILS & FACILITIES:Sea-Juicer is fast fully equipped 38ft bullet with a large cockpit & full range of latest electronic Equipment, Fully insured with a 60 mile cat 2 operating license. Chartering from Portsmouth harbour, sea-juicer is available for full day, half day or evening trips, and Caters for all types of anglers from total beginners to the most experienced, individuals, groups, and not forgetting the lady anglers are all welcome. Rods, reels and bait supplied are of the highest quality. Hot Drinks are supplied free and not in short quantities. Also aboard is a clean toilet. Tackle and bait is available if requested.
LICENSING:Operates under the code of practice category 2 (up to 60 miles offshore) and is licensed for 12 anglers but a Max of ten is recommended for comfortable Angling.
TRIP DURATION:Day trips, half-days or evening trips.
