IMA Komomo SF-125 Saltwater Diving Lure

IMA Komomo SF-125 Saltwater Diving Lure

This diving lure is one of the ultimate ultra-shallows on the market today. With a cut face tends to swim with an exaggerated head-shaking action that really turns bass on in shallow to medium depth water.

The Komomo SF125 features an internal weight shifting system that enables it to cast like an arrow. Instead of a traditional protruding diving vane, it has a sloped front, offering a natural appearance with minimal casting resistance. When retrieved, the lure dives to about one foot, but by raising the rod and cranking slowly, it stays just beneath the surface, rolling tightly back and forth. Upon stopping, it sits almost vertical in the water.

This lure excels when the rod tip is raised, working hard just below the surface. This technique is particularly effective for bass that are on the surface but not responding to traditional poppers. It is a highly effective shallow water lure, making it a must-have for such fishing conditions.

The IMA Komomo SF125 is one of the ultimate ultra-shallow lures, designed to swim with an exaggerated head-shaking action that entices bass in shallow to medium depth waters. It creates a compelling silhouette just below the surface, making it effective even in deeper water by drawing bass up. To maximize its head-shaking action, cast it out and retrieve it at a slow to medium pace with the rod tip at a 45-degree angle. This lure is best suited for calmer conditions, as rougher seas can disrupt its balance.
